As part of our ongoing commitment to Training and Development of our staff, we invite all new and existing staff to be part of the Retail Traineeship Program for Levels II and III. Certificates II and III in Retail Operations are nationally accredited, and are a pathway to a Diploma in Retail Management.
BENEFITS TO YOU
Staff members with prior qualifications i.e. Arts Degree/Diploma etc are ineligible for the Ritchies Traineeship in Retail Operations Level II and III. Once you have commenced work with Ritchies, should you wish to participate in the Traineeship, please contact us or speak with your Store Manager.
Vacancies arise from time to time at Ritchies for full-time, part-time and casual positions. Many full-time positions are advertised locally and casual positions often become available over the holiday periods. If you are interested in applying for a job at Ritchies, please take a copy of your resume into your local Ritchies Store and ask to speak to the store manager.
Remember that if you are persistent in visiting your local store and make yourself familiar with our staff, you are more likely to be there when the right opportunity arises.

How much will you get paid?
Do you get a staff discount at Ritchies?
This Staff Discount Card must be handed back should you cease employment with Ritchies Stores.
How much holiday time will you receive each year?
Your holiday allowance will be shown in hours on your weekly payslip. The number of holiday hours you are entitled to will depend on the number of hours you work. If you reduce or increase the number of hours, your holiday allowance will be adjusted accordingly.
