Environment Mission Statement

Ritchies seek to enhance the environment by adopting environmentally sustainable business practices to comply with regulatory and industry requirements, whilst maintaining and enhancing business profitability.

Our Direction and Goal

We want to minimise our environmental footprint, and desire the most appropriate sustainable environmental outcomes for our business.

We seek to embrace our Mission Statement, and deliver quality business and environmental outcomes, simply and effectively. We have implemented an Environment Implementation Strategy to help us address our company and environmental objectives as we grow, and in turn deliver a safer, compliant, sustainable, profitable, better, and enjoyable workplace for the present and future.

By diverting waste from an average Australian landfill* through materials, organics and energy recovery, Ritchies
Stores VIC has avoided the release of 163.14 tonnes of CO2  emissions into the atmosphere.
