Alan Wilkinson - Supervisor
Alan joined the Ritchies team in 1988 and has developed through the ranks to now hold a key Supervision role with Ritchies. He holds a position on the Management Operations Group (MOG) committee, which is responsible for key decisions in each state on all operational matters.  Whilst with Ritchies, Alan has taken part in a number of Retail and operational courses to further his career.

Andrew Paton – Store Manager
Andrew joined the Ritchies group in 1993 and currently holds the Manager's role at West Bentleigh. He has a "no faze" approach to his role and handles each issue in his stride.

 

Christine Pilkington - Deli manager
Christine has been working for Ritchies for over 10 years. During this time she has seen many changes to the Deli department and her role. People who work with Christine know how passionate she is about driving sales and achieving gross profit budgets.

Jenny Baldwin – Victorian Service Supervisor
Jenny joined Ritchies in 1997 and is responsible for supervising all front end services. Jenny has qualifications in supervising and various other retail certificates and loves the challenges of training new staff and setting up the operations for new Ritchies stores. She has recently been appointed to the MOG committee.

Penny Sayer  – Community Benefit Promotions Officer.
Penny has worked for Ritchies for over 25 years, working her way through the ranks and up-skilling to hold the role of Community Benefit Promotions Officer responsible for promoting the program which has been a key to the success of the company over the past 18 years.
