Ritchies customers can save for a happy Christmas by joining the Ritchies Christmas Club. As well as ensuring your family Christmas will have all the trimmings, you’ll enjoy some valuable, extra benefits. Simply join the Club and Ritchies will provide a gift card to the value of the amount accumulated for the year as Christmas approaches. The cut off date for payments each year is the second Sunday in November.

In the first week of December you’ll receive a letter and a statement detailing the value of your Christmas Club account. The letter will invite you to call into your local store to pick up your Ritchies Christmas Club gift card that can be used at any of our Supermarkets or Liquor stores.

Once Section (A) on the application form is completed and returned to the store or mailed to us, we’ll send you a Ritchies Christmas Club Membership Card, which you can use as both a Community Benefit Card and Christmas Club Card.

As a bonus, save over $100 in your Christmas Club account, and Ritchies will give you a delicious Christmas Gift with our compliments for the festive season.

Making payments to your Club account

In store

It’s easy. You can make payments at the checkout register in store, when you do your shopping. Simply present your Christmas Club Membership Card and tell the cashier that you would like to put some money into your Christmas Club account. You can pay any amount you like from 50 cents upwards.

Two receipts will be issued. The first one is for you to keep in a safe place! The second receipt is forwarded into our Office for further processing. Please make sure you PRINT your NAME and TELEPHONE NUMBER on this receipt.

Remember, if you deposit over $100 into your Christmas Club account you’ll qualify for a delicious Christmas gift with our compliments, so get saving now!

Direct Debit

You can Direct Debit from your nominated bank account to your Christmas Club account. Complete Section (B) on the application form and return to Ritchies Head Office either by handing in at your local store or by mail or fax.

You can deposit any amount on a monthly basis. Debits start in February and finish in October, totalling nine payments.

Save over $250.00 through regular Direct Debit monthly payments and qualify for an additional $20.00 gift voucher in addition to the gift you’ll receive for saving $100.00.

You can even do both! You can sign up for Direct Debit and also choose to make payments when you are in store, it’s flexible and designed to suit you and your needs and to give you the best possible Christmas.
