RITCHIES SUPERMARKETS – OAK MILK FROTHER PROMOTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promoter is Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd (ABN 37 005 176 944) of 1095 Frankston-Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs VIC 3201 (“Promoter”).

3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over residing in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

4. Employees, directors, management, officers and contractors of the Promoter and agencies, firms or companies associated with this promotion, together with their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

5. The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 06/07/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 02/08/2026 (“Promotional Period”).

6. To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotional Period:

a) purchase any two (2) participating OAK products in a single transaction from any participating Ritchies Supermarket; and

b) scan the QR code on promotional material or visit www.ritchies.com.au/oak and complete the online entry form.

8. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase for all entries. Failure to produce proof of purchase when requested may result in invalidation of an entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

9. One (1) entry is permitted per qualifying transaction.

10. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is submitted separately and supported by a separate qualifying transaction.

11. The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $6,892.50 including GST.

12. There are one hundred and fifty (150) prizes to be won. Each prize is one (1) OAK Milk Frother valued at AUD $45.95 including GST.

13. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

14. The draw will take place at Ritchies Head Office, 1095 Frankston-Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs VIC 3201 on 05/08/2026 at 11:00am AEST.

15. Winners will be selected by random computer-generated draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

16. Winners will be notified by email and published at www.ritchies.com.au/oak within five (5) business days of the draw.

17. Winners must collect their prize from their nominated (at the time of entry) Ritchies Supermarket store. Prizes will not be mailed or couriered unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

18. If any prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same location on 05/11/2026 at 11:00am AEDT, subject to any directions from relevant regulatory authorities.

19. Winners of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email and published at www.ritchies.com.au/oak within five (5) business days of the draw.

20. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase) and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

21. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

22. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is incapable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate.

23. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law.

24. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage arising in any way out of the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

25. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties including agents, contractors and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available at www.ritchies.com.au.
