The Bombay Bramble Clover Cub

A pre-prohibition classic reimagined heroing the natural fruit flavour of Bombay Sapphire Bramble.

  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire Bramble gin
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml simple syrup
  • ½  an egg white
  • Fresh raspberries and blackberries to garnish


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the bramble gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white. Shake hard for at lease 20 seconds, then strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass. Garnish with fresh berries.
