Meet Ritchies CEO and Director, who’s celebrating 50 years with the company! Starting as a casual in 1975, he worked his way up to lead the business. A passionate AFL fan and former piano player, he believes in treating people with respect and lives by the motto: "If it is to be, it is up to me!" Discover his journey.

Meet a longtime Ritchies leader, who started as a casual in 1975 and worked his way up to Director and Company Secretary. Now the Property Manager, he’s passionate about volleyball, exploring Australia. Inspired by the cartoon Fearless Fly, he believes success comes from taking calculated risks and making things happen.

Meet a Ritchies Director with nearly 50 years in the business, leading Loyalty and E-commerce. Starting in liquor, moving into supermarkets, and now transitioning to a non-executive role, he values the friendships and family culture at Ritchies. A fan of papaya smoothies, quality meats, and fine Cabernet, he’s also passionate about exploring Brazil and India.

Di joined Ritchies in 2021, bringing deep experience across finance, retail, and energy. She loves the variety her role offers and the supportive, people-first culture at Ritchies. A creative at heart, Di enjoys art and flower arranging — and dreams of one day exploring Provence, France.
