RITCHIES FUEL Terms and Conditions

1. To receive a discount off the standard purchase price of fuel at participating Petrol Outlets, you must spend at least the qualifying amount (as advertised) in one transaction at this Ritchies Supermarket or Liquor Store. In accordance with government legislation, cigarettes and tobacco products will not be calculated towards the qualifying spend amount.Excluding cigarette/tobacco products, gift cards, items reduced to clear and electronic recharge.
2. The Fuel Discount you have qualified for is printed on your Ritchies Docket.
3. Buy fuel and surrender the Discount Docket at the participating Petrol paypoint before your docket's expiry date to receive your discount fuel offer.
4. A limit applies of one fuel offer docket per customer transaction per vehicle for a fuel purchase of one type (eg. Diesel) up to 100 litres.
5. This offer is not available at all Ritchies Supermarkets and Liquor Stores and only at advertised Outlets.
6. Dockets that are damaged, defaced or altered or have passed their printed expiry date are not valid for any discount fuel offer.
7. Ritchies IGA Supermarkets may change, suspend or terminate the conditions of the fuel discount offer from time to time at their discretion.
8. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer ie. Autogas Rewards, Diesel Discounts, Velocity Program, etc..
9. The Fuel offer is available on the following fuels only: Unleaded, Premium, Ultimate, Super (LRP), Diesel and LPG.
10. This fuel discount offer is not valid when using a Motor Pass, Motor Charge, Fleet Card, AA card, BP Fuel Card or any Taxi accounts.

REVERSE FUEL OFFER - TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  (Selected Stores Only)

1. To receive a reimbursement at participating IGA stores off the purchase price of fuel, you must spend at least the qualifying amount of $30.00 in one transaction.
2. The reimbursement amount is 4 cents per litre, discounted from your purchase where the value of your purchase is at least equal to the required spend at a participating IGA store.
3. Buy fuel at any petrol outlet at any time and within 14 days, surrender your fuel receipt at the participating IGA store to receive your reimbursement upon your purchase.
4. A limit applies of one fuel receipt per customer transaction for a fuel purchase of up to 80 litres on petrol, diesel and LPG.
5. This promotion is only available for purchases at participating IGA stores.
6. Receipts that are damaged, defaced or altered or have passed the required redemption date of within 14 days are not valid for any reimbursement of the fuel promotion.
7. Fuel receipts must clearly show all of the following information: Fuel site name and address, date of purchase and total of litres purchased.
8. IGA reserves the right to withdraw the offer from certain fuel outlets at its discretion.
9. IGA may change, suspend or terminate the conditions of its fuel promotion at any time at its discretion.
10. IGA reserves the right to exclude some non-core grocery departments from the minimum spend required amount of $30.00, including, but not limited to, sole purchases of tobacco equal to or greater than $30.00.
