TERMS & CONDITIONS

Trade Promotion Permit: TP/00114
 Promoter: Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd (ABN 61 005 968 115) of 10/1095 Frankston–Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs VIC 3201 (“Promoter”).

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

1.1 The Promotion commences on 21st of Jan 2026 and closes at 17th Feb 2026.
 1.2 The Prize Draw will be conducted on 27th Feb at the Promoter’s Head Office, 10/1095 Frankston–Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs VIC 3201.
 1.3 The Unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on 28th May at the same location.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
 2.2 Employees, directors, management and immediate family members of the Promoter or associated agencies are ineligible.
 2.3 Limit of one (1) entry per household per week applies during the Promotion Period.
 2.4 To enter, participants must purchase any two (2) eligible promotional products in a single transaction from a participating Ritchies store (“Eligible Purchase”).
 2.5 Excluded Products: Any products not designated by the Promoter as eligible promotional products are excluded.
 2.6 Entrants must enter during the Promotion Period in accordance with Clause 3.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 Following an Eligible Purchase, entrants must either:
   a) Scan the in-store promotional QR code, or
   b) Visit www.ritchies.com.au/CadburyBlocksPromo,
 and complete the online entry form with all mandatory fields and valid proof of purchase.
 3.2 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, forged, or manipulated are invalid.
 3.3 Entrants must retain their original receipt(s) as proof of an Eligible Purchase.
 3.4 Entry is conditional on purchase; however, no additional cost or separate payment is required to enter.

4. DRAW DETAILS

4.1 The Promoter will conduct the Prize Draw using a computerised random selection system, ensuring all eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.
 4.2 The Promoter may appoint an independent scrutineer if required under state law.
 4.3 The Promoter’s decisions in relation to the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. PRIZES

5.1 There is one (1) prize per participating store.
 5.2 Each prize consists of a $200 Ritchies Gift Card (“Prize”).
 5.3 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
 5.4 Gift Card use is subject to Ritchies gift card terms and conditions.
 5.5 If a Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PUBLICATION

6.1 Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within two (2) business days of the Draw Date.
 6.2 A full list of winners will be published at www.ritchies.com.au/CadburyBlocksPromo within five (5) business days of the Draw Date.
 6.3 Winners may be required to provide identification or proof of purchase prior to Prize collection.

7. UNCLAIMED PRIZES

7.1 If a Prize remains unclaimed 28 days after the initial winner notification, the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted.
 7.2 The Unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on 28th May using the method described in Clause 4.
 7.3 The Unclaimed Prize Draw winner will be notified and published in the same manner as the original winner.

8. VERIFICATION

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify identity, age, purchase receipt(s), residential address and entry validity.
 8.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry contrary to these Terms & Conditions.
 8.3 Failure to produce proof of purchase when requested will invalidate the entry and may result in forfeiture of any Prize.

9. PRIVACY

9.1 Personal information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.ritchies.com.au/privacy-policy
 9.2 Personal information is collected solely for the administration of the Promotion unless the entrant opts-in to receive marketing communications.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

10.1 The Promotion is a game of chance; skill plays no part in determining the winner.
 10.2 Entrants must not engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
 10.3 The Promoter is not responsible for:
   a) lost, late, or misdirected entries;
   b) technical issues, including failure of networks or systems;
   c) any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
 10.4 If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to technical, legal, or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion subject to relevant regulatory approval.
 10.5 The Promoter will keep a record of the entries, draw, and Prize distribution for a minimum of twelve (12) months or as otherwise required by law.
 10.6 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, except to the extent that mandatory NSW or QLD laws apply.

11. STATE-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE STATEMENTS

11.1 New South Wales:
 This Promotion complies with the requirements of the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW). If total prize pool value exceeds $10,000, the Promoter will obtain a Trade Promotion Authority before the Promotion commences.

11.2 Victoria:
 This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission’s Trade Promotion Lottery rules. No permit is required in Victoria.

11.3 Queensland:
 Trade promotion lotteries conducted by businesses do not require a permit under Queensland legislation; however, the Promotion must comply with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (QLD) and the Fair Trading Act 1989 (QLD).
