TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the Campari x Ritchies Liquor $5 Reward e-coupon promotion, you agree to the following conditions:

1. STANDARD TERMS

1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry to the promotion is deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Entry is open to all residents of VIC & NSW, Australia aged 18 years or over with a registered and active Ritchies Card Membership. Liquor is unavailable in QLD.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The Ritchies and Campari promotion commences on Wednesday May 28^th 2025 at 09.00 am (AEST) and concludes Tuesday July 8^th 2025 at 22:30 (AEST).

3.2 To be eligible to enter, individuals must scan their registered Ritchies Card and purchase a participating product(s) within in a single transaction from a participating Ritchies Liquor store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). For the purpose of this promotion, participating retailers will be any Ritchies Liquor store in Victoria or New South Wales displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period.

4. REWARD

4.1 Eligible customers will receive a $5 e-coupon via their Ritchies card app. The coupon entitles the holder to a $5 discount on their next purchase of a participating product. The coupon is valid for a single use only and must be forfeited on use. All normal conditions of service apply.

4.2 There is a limit of one e-coupon to be collected or redeemed per person, per transaction, per day.

4.3 e-coupon will be valid for redemption from Wednesday May 28^th 2025 at 9.00 am (AEDST) until Tuesday July 15^th 2025 at 22.30 (AEDST) subject to store operating hours.

4.4 The $5 e-coupon must be redeemed within 7 days of issue. After 7 days, the e-coupon will expire and be forfeited.

5. PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS

The promotion is limited in both qualifying purchase and redemption to the following products:

Other pack sizes of these products do not qualify for eligibility.

6 NO LIABILITY

a. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd ability to proceed with the promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.

b. Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies, and related bodies corporate will take no responsibility for rewards damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail including electronic mail. And further will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

a) During the promotion;

b) In the participation in any reward;

c) As a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail, telephone or internet malfunction;

d) Due to the broadcast of any program relating to the promotion or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;

e) Arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, mobile or internet communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

c. Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies, and related bodies corporate assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

d. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.

7.0 GENERAL

7.1 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, reward suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.ritchies.com.au/privacy1. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.

The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy liquor responsibly.  Consumers of legal drinking age are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines (available at www.nhmrc.gov.au).

8.0 PRIVACY

8.1 The Promoter will collect, use, and disclose entrants’ personal information (“PI”) with Campari Australia Pty Ltd to conduct and manage the Promotion in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.camparigroup.com/en/page/privacy. The Promoter may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.  The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter and Campari Australia Pty Ltd may disclose PI overseas in accordance with the terms of its Privacy Policy.

8.2 Winners consent to the Promoter and Campari Australia Pty Ltd using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of same) in any media for a period of 12 months from the date the prize is awarded without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion. The Promoter will seek additional consent from entrants before using their name, image and/or voice for the purpose of promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter which are not connected to the Promotion. If requested by the Promoter, the entrant agrees to sign a separate release required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement.
