STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is by way of.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Not-for-profit Community Groups in the Hastings region, NSW
2.2 Hastings NSW region is from Telegraph Point in the North, Comboyne Village in the West and Johns River in the South
2.3 The criteria of entry money applied for is open although it must pertain to the Community group that is in the application
2.4 You can use extended detail in your application, such as photographs, quotes for the job you wish find for or supporting letters
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The RITCHIES IGA 'GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY' GRANTs commences on Friday 3rd of October at 7.30 am (AEST) and concludes Sunday 23rd November 2025 at 23:30 (AEST).
3.2 Successful groups will be notified Friday the 5th of December before and not later than 2330.
3.3 Multiple applications are not permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) application permitted per Community group; (b) Application must be submitted in accordance with requirements; and (c) unrecognised Community groups with un registered Not For profit status will be deemed invalid.
3.4 Community Groups must retain their original application, as proof of purchase.
4. THE SELECTION
4. 1 The process of selection will be done in two stages. The first will be assessed by the Hastings Community Development Manager and if all criteria have been met it will progress to the second stage
4.2 The second stage will be done with the Hastings Community Development Manager and the Ritchies CEO together discussing and with final approval for the three successful groups done in consultation.
