Terms and condition
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Promoter is Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd (ABN 61 005 041 814) of 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs VIC 3201 (“Promoter”).
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2.1 The promotion commences at 7:30am (AET) on Wednesday 21 January 2026 and concludes at 11:30pm (AET) on Saturday 28 February 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
2.2 “AET” means Australian Eastern Time (AEST or AEDT as applicable, Melbourne time).
3. WHO CAN ENTER?
3.1 Subject to clause 3.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors associated with the promotion, and persons banned from any Ritchies store(s), are not eligible to enter.
3.3 “Immediate family” means spouse, de facto spouse, parent/guardian, child, and sibling.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) spend $15 or more (incl. GST) in a single transaction on Sushi & Co branded sushi products from a participating Ritchies supermarket in Australia (“Eligible Transaction”); and
(b) complete the entry form via https://www.ritchies.com.au/Sushi-Promotion, including uploading a clear photo/scan of the purchase receipt and providing all required contact details.
4.2 This promotion is valid for purchases made at participating Ritchies supermarkets only. Purchases made at any other retailer, venue or platform are not eligible.
5. MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND PROOF OF PURCHASE
5.1 Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
(a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Eligible Transaction / receipt;
(b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and
(c) receipts must clearly display the retailer (Ritchies), the date/time of purchase, the Sushi & Co products purchased, and the transaction total.
5.2 Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase and/or proof of identity when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the entry (and any associated entries) and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
5.3 Illegible, altered, forged, incomplete or otherwise invalid receipts will be deemed invalid.
6. PRIZE AND DRAW DETAILS
6.1 One (1) winner will receive a family pass (up to 4 people) to Warner Bros. Movie World, Gold Coast, Australia, including a Tom & Jerry Meet & Greet.
6.2 Prize validity: 23 December 2025 to 31 December 2026 (subject to the prize supplier’s terms and conditions, operating schedules, availability and any applicable restrictions).
6.4 The winner will be drawn at random using a computerised draw conducted at:
Ritchies Head Office, 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs VIC 3201
at 11:00am (AET) on Friday 13 March 2026.
6.5 The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided in their entry.
6.6 The winner will be published on https://www.ritchies.com.au/Sushi-Promotion within five (5) business days of the draw.
7. PRIZE CONDITIONS
7.1 The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7.2 Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all ancillary costs associated with taking the prize are the responsibility of the winner (including, without limitation, travel, accommodation, meals, incidentals, insurance and any additional options).
7.3 The prize is subject to any conditions imposed by the prize supplier. The winner and their guests must comply with all conditions of use of the prize.
7.4 In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with reasonable media/editorial requests, including being interviewed and photographed. The winner grants the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media for promotional purposes, and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
7.5 Tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
8. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
8.1 If the prize is unclaimed by 5:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 11 June 2026, an unclaimed prize draw will take place from all non-winning valid entries at:
Ritchies Head Office, 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs VIC 3201
at 10:00am (AEST) on Friday 12 June 2026, subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority.
8.2 The unclaimed prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email and published on https://www.ritchies.com.au/Sushi-Promotion within five (5) business days of the unclaimed prize draw.
9. GENERAL
9.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.2 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner complies with all conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
9.3 The winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
9.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a fraudulent, misleading or disruptive manner.
10. NO LIABILITY
10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies (or purports to limit, exclude or modify) the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.
10.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agencies are not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from:
(a) participation in the promotion;
(b) acceptance or use of the prize; or
(c) any late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries, or any technical difficulties or malfunctions (including those relating to the internet, website, telephone network or lines).
11. PRIVACY
11.1 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties including agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, if required, Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information.
11.2 The Promoter will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, available at //www.ritchies.com.au/privacy1. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct personal information, and how to complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how complaints will be dealt with.
11.3 The Promoter will not disclose entrants’ personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
