TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is by way of using a smartphone to visit the website https://tcc.campaign.scratcher.io/ritchies-mystery-box-barrel-game?channel=Paid_social and enter a valid AU mobile phone number. Each participant is entitled 1 entry per day. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1.2 Non-winning entries have the opportunity to enter our “Second Prize Draw”. To enter participants need to complete the game survey in its entirety and submit.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of VIC & NSW, Australia aged 18 years or over. Liquor not available in QLD.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd ABN (61 005 041 814) and their associated agencies and companies, and related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and Campari Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 72 137 554 726) and their associated agencies and companies, and related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. HOW TO ENTER
The Ritchies and Campari “Whiskey Bucks” Digital promotion commences on Wednesday May 29th at 10.00 am (AEDST) and concludes Tuesday July 9th 2024 at 22:30 (AEDST). Entry into the competition is by way of using a smartphone to visit the website https://win.ritchies.com.au/ and enter a valid AU mobile phone number. Each participant is entitled 1 entry per day. When instructed, play digital game ("Game") to reveal prizes behind the barrel icon. Instant prizes will be delivered directly to the entrant's digital wallet "Wallet", within the game. To access the digital wallet is via a time sensitive pin sent via text message. Instructions on how to redeem their discount voucher is outlined when the entrant clicks on the Redeem button next to each prize within the wallet. All prizes must be redeemed prior to expiry as shown on the prize. Unredeemed prizes will be void and returned to the prize pool. Tap the barrel icon in the game to win instantly. Instant win prizes will be delivered directly to the “prize wallet” located in the game platform.
3.1 Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per day; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
3.2 “Second Prize Draw: To enter the second prize draw, participants must complete the end of game survey. Entries must be received by no later than Tuesday July 9th 2024 at 22:30 (AEDST).
4. PRIZE WINNERS
4.1 PRIZE WINNERS =
Instant win: Winners will be randomly selected daily during the promotional period, each winning an instant win prize. Instant win prize pool can be found at point 8 of these Terms and Conditions. Prizes to be drawn using a random computerised program. Winners will be notified instantly via the game. Prizes can be redeemed at any Ritchies Liquor Store.
4.2 REDEMPTION
To redeem a voucher winner’s must access their Wallet and hit the REDEEM button when they are at the register and making their transaction. Once the REDEEM button has been pressed, the voucher will be valid for 5minutes. If the voucher is not redeemed (i.e. scanned by the staff member) within 5minutes, the voucher will be forfeited. Winners have seven (7) days to redeem a voucher once it has been added to their Wallet. Where a winner fails to redeem a voucher within seven (7) days provided the Promotional Period has not ended, the unredeemed voucher will be forfeited by the winner and will be allocated back into the prize pool of available prizes to be won.. Prizes EXPIRED or NOT REDEEMED will be void and returned to the prize pool.

5. PRIZE INFORMATION
Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. Instant win prizes must be claimed prior to the expiry shown. Unclaimed instant win prizes will be void and returned into the prize pool.
Additional options and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the major prize winners. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the major prize winners.
In accepting the prize, the Winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
5.1 UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAWS
Subject to any written direction any unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning Second Prize Draw entries will take place on December 6th, 2024 at Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd Head Office – 10/1095 Frankston Dandenong Road, Carrum Downs, VIC 3201 at 10:00am AEST.
6 NO LIABILITY
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies, and related bodies corporate will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail including electronic mail. And Further will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur: During the draw; In the participation in any prize;
As a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail, telephone or internet malfunction;
Due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
Arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, mobile or internet communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct
calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and
omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved
Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies, and related bodies corporate assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any instant win prizes that are part of the advertised total prize pool will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result. It is a condition of accepting any of the prizes that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements
7.0 General
7.1 The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.ritchies.com.au/privacy1. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
