How much will you get paid?
This will depend on the job type you apply for. If you are paid hourly, your pay is determined by the hours you work and the skills and experience involved in your job. Jobs are divided into various levels, each of which has different wage rates. For more information regarding the specific role that you are interested in, please contact us.

How much holiday time will you receive each year?
Everyone looks forward to taking time off to enjoy ourselves on holiday. Ritchies will always do our best to meet your holiday plans; however this must always be subject to having enough people available to meet the needs of our customers. This is normally not a problem if reasonable notice is given.

Your holiday allowance will be shown in hours on your weekly payslip. The number of holiday hours you are entitled to will depend on the number of hours you work. If you reduce or increase the number of hours, your holiday allowance will be adjusted accordingly.
