When did you join Ritchies?   I joined Ritchies 2024

What do you do at Ritchies?  I am the Victorian Meat Department Supervisor.  I’m responsible for all the meat departments in stores in Victoria, from the buying of the stock to the people management.

Tell us about your career path.  I started as a butcher apprentice, then moved up through to assistant meat manager to manager in Ritchies.  I’ve now been in this roles as State manager for the meat dept for several years.  

What do you enjoy most about working for Ritchies?  The variety in my day to day and relationships and friendships.  

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?   Don’t take life too serious

What is a favourite quote?    If your not first, your last!

What sport are you most passionate about?   AFL 

What is your favourite think to buy in a Supermarket?   Meat or Monsters
