When did you join Ritchies?  I was part of Fishers IGA for 21 years, before Ritchies purchasing the group and I have been with Ritchies now for 9 years.

What do you do at Ritchies?  Victorian Produce Supervisor – very much working in the stores, supporting the team and training.  

What do you enjoy most about working for Ritchies?  The staff and customers 

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?  Never ask a team member to do something if you are not prepared to do it yourself 

Where is your favourite destination in the world, or dream to visit?  Canada Alaska going in September
