Lisa Snelson – Co-National Workplace Health & Safety Manager (WHS)

When did you join Ritchies?  I started in 2006 at Erina store in NSW. 

What do you do at Ritchies?  I am the Co-National Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager in Ritchies.

Tell us about your career path.  Started as a scanning coordinator, and then assisted Ritchies expand its stores all around NSW and QLD stores.  I then became assistant manager, store manager then NSW/QLD Food Safety and OH&S officer at Ritchies before this role in 2019.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?   Best advice was, to be yourself . 

Where is your favourite destination in the world, or dream to visit?  Favourite place i have visited is Hawaii.  

Do you have a pet?  My pet dog is a Great Dane 😄
