Troy Armstrong - National Sushi/ Ritchies Chicken Operations Manager

      When did you join Ritchies?  I started with Ritchies in November 1992.

      What do you do at Ritchies?  I am the National Sushi/ Ritchies Chicken Operations Manager and I’m responsible for all the Sushi and Chicken stores nationally. I am very involved in the day to day operations of the departments, but also work on the buying and also product development and innovation for both.  

      Tell us about your career path.  I Started night fill / trolley boy, fruit & Veg, Deli into Dairy freezer.  I worked my way up to assistant store manager, relief store manager before being appointed as Store manager, working in Victoria, NSW and Qld for Ritchies.  I then was promoted to my current role.

      What do you enjoy most about working for Ritchies?  The team of people you work with.

      What sport are you most passionate about?  AFL

      Where is your favourite destination in the world, or dream to visit?  Currently Japan, the history, the food and the scenery.

      Do you have a pet?  Yes, Doberman.

      What’s your favourite costume you have warn to a dress up party?  Steve Irwin Crocodile Hunter
