TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility
- The competition is open to all dogs accompanied by their owners/handlers.
- Participants must complete and submit the official application form.
Event Date and Location
- The competition will take place on Saturday, March 21st, 2026, at Sovereign Place IGA Community Day.
- Registration begins at 9:00 AM, and judging will commence from 10:30 AM.
Competition Rules
- Dogs must remain on a lead at all times during the event.
- Participants may enter more than one category: Best Trick, Best Behaved, and Best Dressed.
- An Overall Winner will be chosen by the independent judges.
Judging
- There will be first, second, and third place winners in each category.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
Participant Conduct
- Owners/handlers are responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times.
- Aggressive or unsafe behaviour from dogs or participants may result in disqualification.
- Participants must clean up after their dogs.
Photography and Media
- By entering, participants consent to photography, video, or other media being taken at the event, which may be used for promotional purposes.
Liability
- The organisers and venue accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to dogs, participants, or property during the event.
- Participation is at the owner’s own risk.
Withdrawal
- Participants may withdraw at any time before or during the event.

- By submitting an application form, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
