Served warm, these herb-infused olives are a fantastic addition to any event.
500 g mixed olives
250 mL extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 sprigs of fresh herbs of your choice – rosemary, thyme or oregano.
Add all ingredients to a large frying pan over low heat. Heat, stirring gently until the olives are warm but not hot. Remove from the heat and place in a jar or bowl and allow to cool. Cover and leave at room temperature overnight.
When ready to serve, warm gently again over low heat.
