Q1: Who can enter the Spin to Win promotion?
The promotion is open to residents of Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland aged 18 years or over.
To enter, simply:
- Spend $40 or more in one transaction at a Ritchies store
- Upload your receipt
- Enter your mobile number to start playing
Q2: How many times can I play each day?
You can play up to two times a day:
- Everyone gets Play 1
- If your first spin doesn’t win, you’ll get Play 2
- If you win on your first spin, you won’t receive a second spin.
Q3: Do I need a Ritchies Loyalty Card to enter?
No — you don’t need a loyalty card to play your spins.
However, you must have a valid receipt that meets the below requirements:
· Spend $40 or more in a single transaction
· Transaction date must be between 8 July – 4 August 2026
· Receipts must not have been used previously for this promotion

Q6: How do I claim my prize?
Complete the prize form and collect your prize in-store 10 days after your winning date. Please note, you must bring the receipt used to enter the game along with a valid photo ID to collect your gift card in-store.
Q7: What kind of receipt do I need?
Your receipt must be from a participating Ritchies store, show the date and transaction details, be uploaded during the promotion, and be clear and readable.
Q8: Can I use the same receipt more than once?
No - each receipt can only be used once.
Q9: Why was my receipt not accepted?
You can use the ‘Contact Us’ button to email us from the receipt upload page if you believe your receipt was wrongly rejected.
Q10: Where can I see my prizes?
All prizes are available in your Game Prize Wallet.
Q11: What happens after I use all my plays?
Once you’ve completed your plays for the day, you’ll see a message letting you know you’re out of spins. There is a limit of one play per person per eligible receipt per day. You can try again another day with a new eligible play.
Q12: I didn’t receive my SMS – what should I do?
Check your number and try again.
Q13: Can I use a desktop or tablet to play?
Yes — the game works across mobile, tablet and desktop devices.
Q14: Can someone else use my prize?
Physical prizes must be collected by the winner.

Terms & Conditions
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
1.2 Entry is deemed valid when a participant:
Spends $40 or more in a single transaction at a Ritchies Supermarket or Liquor Store (excluding gift cards, electronic recharge, iTunes, cigarette/tobacco products, and “reduced to clear” items),
Uses a smartphone to scan the QR code either in-store on a qualifying receipt, or enter online and
Enters a valid Australian mobile number and, where applicable.
1.3 “Reduced to Clear” refers to any item marked with clearance pricing, final markdowns, or close-to-expiry labels specifically identified as being cleared from stock.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Entry is open to all residents of Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, Australia, who are aged 18 years or over.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Ritchies Spin to Win promotion begins at 8:00am AEST on Wednesday 8 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 4 September 2026.
3.2 Eligible participants may enter up to two times per calendar day during the promotional period, subject to the following:
All users receive two free spin per day
A second spin is only granted if the first spin does not result in a win.
3.3 Each entry must be submitted separately and must comply with these entry requirements: one entry per day, per phone number, per receipt.
3.4 Winners will receive instant notifications within the promotion platform and may access their prize via their Prize Wallet.
4. PRIZE WINNERS & REDEMPTION
Redemption Process – Physical Gift Cards
Redeem your prize via the Prize Wallet by selecting a store for collection
Gift cards will be available from the nominated Ritchies store within 10 working days
Only the original winner is eligible to collect the prize. The receipt(s) that resulted in the win, along with valid ID or verification, must be provided when collecting the gift cards.
4.3 Expiry
Gift cards expire in 3 years from date of issue
Expired or unclaimed prizes are void
5. PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
Winners agree to participate in reasonable media/editorial activities if requested (e.g., interviews, photos), without further compensation
Prize values are correct at time of publishing and include GST
The total prize pool is valued at $50,000 AUD and Each phone number is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize only.

6. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAWS
No additional unclaimed prize draws will be held. All prizes must be claimed during the promotional period. The Promoter reserves the right to verify and invalidate any suspicious or ineligible entries.
7. TECHNICAL & LIABILITY TERMS
If an outside event (e.g., natural disaster, technical failure, or vandalism) prevents Ritchies from continuing the promotion, it reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or restart the competition subject to state regulations.
Ritchies accepts no responsibility for:
Lost, misdirected, or late communications
Mobile/internet technical issues
Errors by entrants, cashiers, or third-party platforms
Any personal injury, loss, or damage related to participation in the promotion
8. PRIVACY
By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of this promotion and any related marketing. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Ritchies Privacy Policy.
