At Ritchies, our people are at the heart of everything we do — and every year, we take time to honour the incredible individuals who’ve helped shape our business for the long haul. Recently, we gathered at Functions by the Bay, Frankston Football Club for one of our most cherished traditions: the Ritchies 20 Year Club celebration.

This special evening was all about connection, reflection, and appreciation. A time to pause, share stories, and recognise the team members who’ve dedicated two decades or more to the Ritchies family.

The room was filled with laughter, heartfelt moments, and well-earned applause as we welcomed 22 new Victorian team members into the 20 Year Club. This incredible milestone is not only a testament to their loyalty and dedication but also speaks volumes about the culture of connection, care, and opportunity that continues to thrive within Ritchies.

Honouring a Legend — Fred Harrison

A truly unforgettable moment of the night was honouring Fred Harrison for an astonishing 50 years of service — the longest tenure in our company’s history. Fred, your unwavering dedication, leadership, and impact over five decades continue to inspire everyone across the Ritchies network. Thank you for everything you've done and continue to do.

We also want to extend a big congratulations to our NSW team members who reached this incredible milestone. Although they couldn’t join us in person this year, we’re already looking ahead with excitement to celebrating with them in 2026.
