Ritchies Shines with Two National Awards at the IGA Retailer of the Year Expo

We are proud to announce that Ritchies took home two prestigious National awards at the IGA Retailer of the Year ceremony held last night during the IGA Expo.

Ritchies Towerhill was honoured with the National Dairy and Freezer Category Award. Congratulations to Supermarket Manager Brent Vandervalk and the entire Towerhill Dairy and Freezer team. Despite being one of our smaller stores, Towerhill’s win in this highly competitive category is a true testament to the dedication and hard work of the team. Well done on this outstanding achievement!

Our Balnarring store received the National Retailer of the Year Transformation Award, recognising the most significant store transformation following a Detailed Store Assessment (DSA). Balnarring’s transformation has been nothing short of remarkable, offering customers a completely new and improved shopping experience. Congratulations to all involved in this well-deserved accolade.
