Ingredients

  • 50ml Malibu coconut liqueur 
  • 75ml pineapple juice
  • 25ml coconut cream
  • pineapple wedge to garnish

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously then pour into a hurricane glass, garnish with a pineapple chunk and enjoy!
