Terms and Conditions
By entering the V Mini Fridge Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Entry into the Promotion is by way of:
a) purchasing any V product from local Ritchies Supermarket during the Promotional Period; and
b) completing the entry form via the link available at https://www.ritchies.com.au/v-mini-fridge or by scanning the QR code on promotional material in-store.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of Ritchies Stores Pty Ltd ABN 61 005 041 814, their associated agencies and companies, related bodies corporate, and persons banned from any Ritchies Supermarket are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Promotion commences on Wednesday 14 January 2026 at 7:30am and concludes on Tuesday 10 February 2026 at 11:30pm, local time in each participating state (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must purchase any V product from any Ritchies Supermarket during the Promotional Period and complete the entry form via the website link or QR code.
3.2 Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following:
a) only one (1) entry is permitted per eligible transaction;
b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
c) unrecognised or unclear receipts will be deemed invalid. Receipts must clearly display the retailer name, items purchased, transaction date, and total amount.
3.3 Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase upon request may, at the Promoter’s absolute discretion, result in invalidation of all entries and forfeiture of any prize.
3.4 The winner will be determined by a computerised random draw.
4. PRIZE DETAILS
4.1 One (1) winner will receive a V-branded Mini Fridge valued at $365 AUD (inclusive of GST).

4.2 The prize draw will take place at:

at 11:00am on Monday 16 February 2026.
4.3 The winner will be notified and published at
https://www.ritchies.com.au/v-mini-fridge
within five (5) business days of the draw.
4.4 The prize will be made available for collection from the winner’s nearest Ritchies Supermarket, as determined by the Promoter.
5. PRIZE CONDITIONS
5.1 The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.2 Any ancillary costs associated with collection or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
5.3 Prize values are based on the recommended retail price at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
5.4 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise from accepting the prize.
5.5 Where reasonably requested, the winner agrees to participate in promotional or publicity activities related to the Promotion, including being photographed or interviewed. The winner grants the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use such material in any media worldwide without remuneration.
6. UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
6.1 If the prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at:

at 10:00am (local time) on 8 April 2026, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
6.2 The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified and published in the same manner as the original draw.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.
7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not responsible for:
a) any loss, damage or delay caused by events beyond their reasonable control;
b) late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries;
c) any technical failures or malfunctions of systems used to conduct the Promotion; or
d) any loss, injury or damage suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.
7.3 If the Promotion is unable to run as planned due to tampering, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, subject to regulatory approval where required.
8. PRIVACY
8.1 The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may disclose such information to third parties including service providers, prize suppliers and regulatory authorities where required.
8.2 The Promoter will handle PI in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at
www.ritchies.com.au/privacy1
8.3 By entering, entrants consent to the use of their PI for promotional, marketing, research and profiling purposes unless they opt out in accordance with the Privacy Policy. PI will not be disclosed outside Australia.
9. GENERAL
9.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.2 As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter.
